Sales Receptionist P/T (Evening and Weekends)

Evening and Weekend Receptionist Needed! Mercedes-Benz of Huntington seeks a Front Desk Sales Receptionist with excellent customer service skills and a winning attitude. This is a part-time position working 3 evenings (5-8pm); Saturday (9-6), and Sunday (11-4).

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome all customers with a friendly attitude and uncover their needs.
• Answer phones, direct consumers to the proper department, and follow up promptly.
• Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer complaining customers to the appropriate individual for resolution.
• Operate the switchboard telephone system.
• Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner, striving to minimize the length of time customers spend on hold.
• Assist the managers with various clerical duties as needed.

Requirements

• Be friendly, professional, courteous, and efficient when working with all customers and employees.
• Familiarize yourself with department structures & internal procedures for assisting customers efficiently.
• Experience as a receptionist and/or in customer service is preferred.

Schedule

Part-time: 3 evenings (5-8pm), Saturday (9am-6pm), and Sunday (11am-4pm). Extra hours available to cover additional shifts as needed.

Pay

18-20 hourly wage plus bonus and commission programs.
