Sales Purchasing & Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between sales, purchasing, and operations to identify issues and communicate with department heads to correct and/or improve processes.
• Conduct analysis of inventory levels, sales initiatives, operational processes, etc.
• Analyze new item requests, special orders, and product days on hand.
• Work with department leaders to identify opportunities and develop processes to reduce expenses and increase income.
• Champion all training for Power BI, Excel, AI platforms, and other systems used for analytics.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Assistant General Managers and General Manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, Excel, Forms, Smartsheet, and other business intelligence tools.
• Strong positive attitude and ability to work well with others.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to relate to all types of people and levels inside and outside the organization.
• Self‑motivated and able to multitask.

Physical Requirements

• Must work in the branch office on a daily basis; branch office located in North Little Rock, AR.
• Ability to safely and successfully perform essential job functions consistent with ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
• Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 lb.
