Sales & Project Manager E-Mobility & Charging Solutions (m/w/d)
APCOA offers a comprehensive product portfolio including modern technical solutions like vehicle recognition and other digital services for parking management. As an Account Manager (m/w/d), you will be on the road to engage your future customers. You will not only inform about our products and solutions for parking management but also market innovative technical solutions such as vehicle recognition and all our services that belong to the APCOA portfolio. You are responsible for your sales territory.

Focus of the Sales Strategy
The focus of the sales strategy is to equip customer parking spaces (such as retail, hotel, restaurant, sports and leisure facilities, property managers) with our intelligent digital solutions. This allows the owner not only to manage the use of the parking areas but also to gain additional benefits, such as frequency data information or the possibility of renting out to residents outside business hours.
Responsibilities
- Acquire exclusive and reserved charging infrastructure solutions for corporate customers and identify new business opportunities in the field of electromobility.
- Create individual offer and usage concepts, conduct customer presentations, and negotiate contracts.
- Consult customers regarding their technical, economic, and operational requirements and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Control projects from the request stage to the operation of charging points and ensure a profitable and timely implementation.
- Support rollout projects in planning, control, and implementation, coordinate service providers, installation partners, and internal departments.
- Promote process optimization in the construction and operation of charging infrastructure.
- Monitor the market and competition and develop new sales concepts.
- Support existing key accounts in the AC and DC charging sectors.
- Support reporting and KPI tracking and budget control and communicate transparently with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- A relevant degree in economics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, energy technology, or a comparable qualification.
- Experience in project management and/or technical sales.
- Knowledge in the fields of electromobility, charging infrastructure, or energy economy is advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools, as well as knowledge of commercial processes and contract drafting.
- Self-reliance, structured, solution-oriented working style, and entrepreneurial thinking and acting.
- Teamwork, decision-making ability, and high initiative.
- Travel readiness for occasional customer meetings across Germany.
