What You Do

• Assist in all phases of each flooring project until successful completion and final billing and payment in full of the project.
• Be a communications link between the Sales Executive, customer, vendors, installation subcontractors, installation supervisors and the accounting department.
• Sell flooring products.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: High school diploma required; some college preferred
• Sales Experience: Understanding of sales processes and some Commission Based sales (1-2 years)
• Product Knowledge: Flooring products including carpet, tile, laminate, wood, LVP
• Ability to learn and use a variety of software including MS Office, project management tools and CRM
• Project Management: 1-2 years Construction Management. Experience overseeing large customer projects end-to-end.
• Strong Communication: Professional and able to communicate with all levels of staff and outside resources
• Self-Starter: Motivated, organized, and proactive
• Problem Solver: Creative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment
