About the role

The Sales Programs & Remarketing Intern will assist in the generation, analysis, and delivery of various metrics and KPIs pertaining to PCNA Sales Operations, providing insight and recommendations. The Intern will also administer incentive programs, review claims, and communicate with the Porsche Center Network. Additionally, the intern will support the Remarketing Team with Month End Audit reporting, Awaiting Pricing, and ongoing Remarketing Projects. The intern will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Field personnel to support daily operations and regular or ad hoc projects.

This is a full-time (40 hours per week) internship that starts in August 2026 and runs through February 2027.

Responsibilities

  • Review and process incentive claims and respond to field and Porsche Centers’ inquiries related to national sales programs
  • Utilize existing PCNA systems and tools to improve dealer claim processes and streamline workflow
  • Assist in extracting data from multiple and often disparate sources, connecting the dots, and forming insights to present to PCNA internal stakeholders
  • Support regular and ad hoc projects within Sales Operations; documenting new procedures, requirements, and initiatives within the sales organization
  • Create and distribute the Money in the Market Reports and Service Mobility Reports to PCNA stakeholders
  • Support, administer, and provide record keeping for the Dealer Employee Lease and Tariff Price Protection Programs
  • Proofread and provide feedback on sales program bulletins, departmental reports, and communications

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, marketing, engineering, or related fields
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational/project management and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of automotive financial services (helpful)
  • Familiarity with Porsche vehicles and their competition (helpful)

Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with strong emphasis on Excel (functions, pivot tables, and charting skills required; Think-cell, VBA, and Power Query skills helpful)
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong planning and organization skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience with Performance Measurement Systems and reporting tools
  • Growth-minded, creative, resourceful, independent, and able to work effectively with minimal guidance

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to lift 25 pounds at times
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to talk, hear, walk, sit, stand, and climb stairs on occasion with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to effectively work and complete tasks in an open office/noisy environment

Pay

The hourly range for this role is $18/hr–$20/hr.

Schedule

Full-time (40 hours per week), August 2026 through February 2027.
