We are looking for an experienced Sales Professional with a successful track record in flooring, tile, construction products, building materials, or a related industry to represent one of the most respected brands in the industry.

Responsibilities

  • Grow the business by identifying and securing new opportunities through prospecting, networking, and job‑site activity.
  • Develop and execute territory sales plans and growth strategies.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track activities, opportunities, and customer engagement.
  • Build strong customer partnerships with distributors, contractors, architects, designers, and other industry influencers.
  • Strengthen existing customer relationships while expanding market penetration.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and responsiveness throughout the sales process.
  • Provide technical expertise, conduct product demonstrations, contractor clinics, and educational training programs.
  • Support contractors on jobsites with product recommendations and technical guidance.
  • Drive product specification activity within the architectural and design communities.
  • Partner closely with technical, marketing, and customer support teams to provide complete customer solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of outside sales experience.
  • Knowledge of flooring or tiling installation systems.
  • Technical proficiency in specifications and design.
  • High energy, customer‑first mindset.
  • Strong presentation and hands‑on skills.

  • Four‑year college degree preferred, or minimum high school diploma with relevant industry work experience.
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lb occasionally and carry up to 55 lb.
  • Ability to use power and non‑power tools.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the territory.
  • Legally permitted to work in the United States.
