Responsibilities

• Assist guests in turning their house into a home through sales of furniture, bedding, home decor, and appliances
• Deliver the Superstore Retail Experience with a focus on customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Great listening ability
• High energy and a people-focused personality with a sales background
• Experience in a customer satisfaction environment
• Availability to work a retail schedule
• Proficiency in Windows-based computer programs
• Basic reading, comprehension, and numerical reasoning skills
• Ability to complete paperwork accurately, neatly, and efficiently

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Previous retail experience is a plus but not required

Physical Demands

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, stoop, and reach regularly
• Ability to lift and carry up to 15 lbs
