What You'll Do

  • Grow sales of ARDEX and HENRY products throughout your territory
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and jobsite activity
  • Develop and execute territory sales plans and growth strategies
  • Utilize CRM tools to track activities, opportunities, and customer engagement
  • Build strong customer partnerships by developing relationships with distributors, contractors, architects, designers, and other industry influencers
  • Strengthen existing customer relationships while expanding market penetration
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and responsiveness throughout the sales process
  • Provide technical expertise by conducting product demonstrations, contractor clinics, and educational training programs
  • Support contractors on jobsites with product recommendations and technical guidance
  • Drive product specification activity within the architectural and design community
  • Partner closely with technical, marketing, and customer support teams to provide complete customer solutions
