We offer a one-stop shop carrying appliances, electronics, furniture, mattresses, and home decor. Responsibilities

• Assist guests in turning their house into a home through sales and customer service
• Work in a customer satisfaction-focused environment
• Use Windows-based computer programs for sales and administrative tasks
• Complete paperwork accurately and efficiently

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong listening ability
• High-energy, people-oriented personality with a sales focus
• Availability to work a retail schedule
• Basic reading, comprehension, and numerical reasoning skills
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, stoop, and reach regularly
• Ability to lift and carry up to 15 lbs

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Previous experience in a customer satisfaction environment preferred
• Retail experience is a plus but not required
