Sales Product Solutions Manager - Healthcare Payments - Vice President
Job Responsibilities
- Leverage problem-solving skills to define and configure complex solutions for clients.
- Collaborate with the Sales teams to deliver tailor-made product solutions that meet clients' needs.
- Act as the voice of the customer by understanding their needs and communicating feedback to the Product teams.
- Carry your own quota and be responsible for prospecting and creating your pipeline and leads.
- Understand the customer's pain points and recommend solutions that best fit their needs.
- Work directly with the Treasury Representative and Healthcare Banker to support the Healthcare Payments Product needs.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent sales expertise in problem-solving across multiple teams and a cluster of products.
- Extensive experience working in a sales cycle and engaging with clients on a regular basis.
- Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed and complex organization.
- Understanding of healthcare with knowledge specific to Revenue Cycle Management.
- Excellent people skills and the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Proven success with strong communication skills, verbally and written.
- Demonstrated critical thinking abilities across multitude of scenarios.
- Travel required, expected roughly 35%.
