LightGuide Overview

The leading projected augmented reality (AR) work instruction software platform transforming manual manufacturing processes globally. Captures real-time operational metrics, enabling full digital traceability for complex manufacturing processes.

Job Summary

The Sales & Product Co-op supports the demand generation activities for our LightGuideTM AR software and services product portfolio. Works with leadership, sales/product teams, customers, and internal cross-functional teams to plan and perform various projects.

Job Responsibilities

• CRM (salesforce.com) data entry, maintenance, and analytics/reporting
• Product Portfolio Analysis (Pricing, Volume, etc.)
• Outbound email and direct sales campaign research and creation
• Sales engagement planning and support
• Other general projects defined by the sales and product team

Required Competencies

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well under direction, independently, or with a team
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Experience and Education

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Business or a related field
• All school levels welcome to apply
• 2+ years’ experience in any professional or service job preferred
• 1+ years’ experience in customer-facing roles preferred
