About the role
The Sales Planning Executive supports the ad sales process by creating and revising media plans, managing deals, overseeing account stewardship, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Create and revise Upfront and Scatter media plans maximizing revenue and inventory based on market conditions and client needs
- Work closely with Sales, Pricing & Planning, and Traffic to ensure advertisers air as negotiated
- Manage deal tracks reflecting all options and changes on networks
- Oversee Account stewardship to deliver buys across all TelevisaUnivision networks
- Manage liability and work with Sales Coordinators to book recaps as needed
- Own and assist Finance with monthly billing reconciliation
- Supervise Sales Coordinators on all pre and post-sales support
- Delegate responsibilities and train Sales Coordinators
- Service accounts by building and maintaining close communication with agency/client counterparts
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years of Sales experience in related field or industry required
- Previous advertising/media experience
- Experience working with Ad Sales Traffic Departments
- Knowledge of Dealmaker and/or WideOrbitMedia math skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organization
