Responsibilities
- Generate leads and identify potential clients through networking, community outreach, and referrals.
- Conduct in-home or virtual consultations with prospective clients and their families.
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate care services and packages.
- Present the agency’s services and value proposition to convert inquiries into clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and referral partners.
- Collaborate with marketing team on community outreach and promotional initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, HIPAA, and ethical sales practices.
Qualifications
- Proven sales or business development experience, preferably in healthcare, senior care, or related industries.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a pipeline of prospects.
- Career-oriented and client-focused approach.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
