Responsibilities
- Own and scale our Sales (Channel) Partner ecosystem in North America — lead recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing partner management to support demand gen and resell motions.
- Grow partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue — develop go-to-market strategies that drive measurable impact and deepen customer engagement through partners.
- Track and report on partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline; present program performance to internal stakeholders and NAMER regional leadership.
- Build and execute joint go-to-market programs and demand generation activities with resellers and VARs.
- Align partner activity directly to the North America sales team's pipeline — facilitate introductions, map accounts, and drive resell and co-sell opportunities to close.
- Optimize operational foundations — streamline systems, processes, and resources to ensure our partner program is efficient, scalable, and delivers mutual value.
- Cook up joint initiatives that bring together our Sales/Channel Partners and Strategic Partners.
- Identify and qualify inbound partnership opportunities, and proactively surface new partner relationships that can expand Notion's reach.
- Coordinate joint initiatives that bring together our Sales/Channel Partners and Strategic Partners.
- Serve as the voice of the partner internally, working cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Legal to ensure partner needs and opportunities are surfaced and addressed.
- Shape the future of channel at Notion — help define the team’s charter, how we partner cross-functionally, and how we scale over time.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in channel or partner management, with a track record of growing and optimizing high-performing partner programs.
- Proven ability to define and execute GTM strategies that drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue.
- Strong demand gen and hunter mentality.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills — you've successfully worked with Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Success teams to launch and scale partner initiatives.
- Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills. You can influence at all levels, align stakeholders, and deliver results on deadline.
- A builder’s mindset — you're excited to operate in a high-growth environment and help design what great looks like. You're comfortable with ambiguity and moving fast without a complete playbook.
- Executive presence and strong relationship-building skills; you're as comfortable presenting to a partner CRO as you are coordinating logistics with a partner marketing manager.
- You don’t need to be an AI expert, but you’re curious and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results.
