Position Overview
At RIS Insulation Supply (RIS), Outside Sales Professionals are trusted advisors who drive growth through strong B2B relationships and value-driven solutions. Out in the field, you’ll uncover opportunities, support clients, and fuel long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish, build, and maintain customer relationships
- Professional and courteous ongoing contact with customers before, during and after a sale
- Establishes and maintains relationships with key influencers of assigned contractors and/or strategic partners
- Make sales calls to new and existing customers, architects, contractors, designers, and building owners
- Develops and delivers sales presentations for new and existing customers in coordination with internal or vendor sale representatives
- Attend and participate in required company training sessions and essential vendor trainings
- Miscellaneous support in areas of Safety, Customer Focus, Teamwork, Integrity, and being a Company of Choice for both employees and customers
Qualifications
- Effective and skillful communication skills, negotiation, and computer skills

- Result driven attitude
- Preferred a Bachelor’s degree in related field
- At least two years of previous experience in Sales in building materials industry preferred
- Building Materials (Fiberglass insulation, spray foam insulation, and accessories) background helpful
- Knowledgeable and proficient in Microsoft Office Products

The listed pay range reflects the expected base rate for this position; actual compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, and cost of living in the assigned market.
This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
Base: $60,000- $70,000 per year
Commission Eligibility: Yes
