About the role
Maintains controls over various types of inventories (e.g., raw materials, subassemblies, finished goods). Conducts physical inventory counts and reconciles results with inventory records. Ensures that quantities of incoming and outgoing shipments are correct. Conducts analyses of inventory levels and coordinates with production and sales requirements.
Responsibilities
- Understands department activity requirements and follows SOPs, WI, site, and regional requirements.
- Responsible for accurate execution of transactions related to area of assignment to ensure inventory accuracy is maintained at the site.
- Actively participates or leads inventory-related projects at the site to suggest initiatives to improve inventory controls, reporting, and objectives.
- Understands the correlation between multiple inventory systems and is highly proficient in WMS and JDE, using system knowledge to report material availability problems.
Requirements
- Associate’s Degree with 2 or more years of related experience is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
- Computer literacy.
- Able to work on a shift basis.
- Travel requirements: less than 40%.

Pay
The annual compensation range for this position is $45,300.00 - $67,900.00. The salary offered within this range will be based on geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements, and/or skill level.
