Sales Order Analyst Job Summary

A Sales Order Analyst integrates with the Internal Sales staff and assists with all functions related to quoting, order processing, invoicing, shipping, export/import documentation, and filing. The individual also assists with order entry and technology transfers.

Essential Functions

• Computer literate and knowledgeable of computer applications, especially Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel)
• Good math skills
• Organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Excellent phone and communication skills
• Able to handle weekend/evening phone coverage on a rotating basis
• Able to be regularly present at work and willing to work overtime

Non-Essential Functions

• Familiarity with databases
• Able to read blueprints
• Familiarity with export regulations and procedures (a plus)
• Able to speak a foreign language (a plus)

Essential Physical Requirements

• Able to see and read printed word
• Able to hear and speak on the telephone
• Able to sit for long periods of time
• Able to traverse the building
• Have valid driver's license and able to drive an automobile
• Have neat business-like appearance

Non-Essential Physical Requirements

• Must disclose any surgical implants, pins, braces, or other devices that could be affected by induction fields
