Sales Ops Program Mgr
About the role
Manages, develops and implements programs and contracts to meet organizational objectives, increase market share and profitability of products and services.
Responsibilities
- Designing policies and objectives for contracts and programs.
- Providing input for forecasting and formulating program development budgets.
- Acting as a liaison to ensure that programs, organizational marketing, field marketing and sales activities coincide.
- Assisting in analyzing programs and making suggestions to increase effectiveness.
- Assisting with conducting market research to identify opportunities for increased sales.
- Developing programs and program materials to increase 'sell-through' and return on investment.
Qualifications
- IC - Typically requires a minimum of 15 years of related experience.
- Mgr & Exec - Typically requires a minimum of 10 years of related experience.
Pay
The target salary range for this position is 196,350 - 280,000 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range.
