Job Responsibilities
- Be an expert in our internal commercial & customer operations processes, identify process gaps or inefficiencies, and problem solve.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives based on learned best practices.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Lead steering committees; be positioned as a trusted advisor in guiding teams through integration and system migration projects.
- Partner with key leaders to build relationships, effectively roll out initiatives, and manage all other priorities.
- Analyze large datasets and perform data cleans to support standardization initiatives and ERP/CRM migrations.
- Collaborate with IT, business units, and external partners to ensure successful migration to SAP and Salesforce, including risk mitigation and process alignment.
- Support training and communication plans to facilitate adoption of new systems and processes.
- Work as a team to support migrations of new acquisition companies by sharing current process and system efficiencies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree; business education preferred, MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- 3+ years experience in continuous improvement or project management roles.
- Ability to interface and influence at all levels in the organization with proven track record on relationship building skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence a cross functional team within a large, complex and matrixed organization.
- Proficient in digital commercial tools including CRM and Business Intelligence; experience with SAP and Salesforce preferred.
- Travel is expected to be ~20% within USA and Canada.
