We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes description about BD, role contributions, etc. We need headings:

for each section: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections where there is real specific content. We must not repeat job title. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate. We need to preserve all substantive info. Let's parse content: - Intro: "We have "We Are The People Who Give Possibilities Purpose BD is one of the largest global medical technology companies..." That's about company. Could be "About the role" or maybe "About BD". The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we can put company overview under "About the role". Or maybe "About the role" includes description of role contributions. We'll include that. - Then "How Revenue Operations/Commercial Excellence contributes to BD" etc. That's role description. - Then "Accountabilities In This Role" with details. - Then "Impact of the Role:" etc. - Then "Essential Responsibilities" with bullet list (actually sentences). We'll need to convert to
  • items. - Then "Vendor Credentialing" with bullet list. - Then "Other" with bullet list. - Then "Qualifications" with bullet list. - Then "Key Competencies" list. - Then "Hybrid / Remote With Occasional In-office Requirements" maybe schedule? Actually there is a section "Hybrid / Remote With Occasional In-office Requirements". Then "Work Schedule". Then "Compensation". Then "Benefits". Then maybe other. We need to map to allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can combine some: Responsibilities can include Essential Responsibilities, Vendor Credentialing, Other duties. Requirements could include Qualifications, Key Competencies, Hybrid/Remote requirements? Actually "Requirements" maybe for eligibility (education, experience). "Skills" maybe for competencies. "Benefits" as given. "Pay" as compensation. "Schedule" as work schedule. We must not create sections with filler like "not specified". All sections we include must have real content. Let's extract: About the role: company description + role purpose. We'll combine first paragraphs: "We Are The People Who Give Possibilities Purpose BD is one of the largest global medical technology companies in the world. Advancing the world of health™ is our Purpose, and it’s no small feat. It takes the imagination and passion of all of us—from design and engineering to the manufacturing and marketing of our billions of MedTech products per year—to look at the impossible and find transformative solutions that turn dreams into possibilities. Job Description How Revenue Operations/Commercial Excellence contributes to BD At BD, the US Revenue Operations & Commercial Excellence team (US ROCx) exists to turn insights into action — enabling commercial excellence and improving how we serve customers and drive growth. We support the company's three priorities: competing in the market, delivering reliably, and innovating faster. How we work matters as much as what we deliver. Our culture is built on three beliefs: Better Everyday (we improve continuously through focus and action), Own It (we lead with accountability and transparency), and Win Together (we're strategic partners driving value and impact). We lead by example, connect with others, celebrate success, and stay thoughtful and responsive rather than reactive. One purpose. One team. One impact." That seems good. Responsibilities: list of accountabilities and essential responsibilities. We'll combine "Accountabilities In This Role" paragraphs and "Essential Responsibilities" bullet points, plus "Vendor Credentialing" bullet points, plus "Other" bullet points. We need to turn each sentence into
  • maybe. But we must preserve all substantive info; we can break into items per bullet or per sentence. Use
    • . We'll create a list. That seems comprehensive. Requirements: maybe education and experience? Actually "Qualifications" section includes education and experience. We'll treat "Qualifications" as Requirements? But we have separate headings: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide mapping. We have "Qualifications" bullet list: Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred. 3–5 years of corporate program administration, operations support, or related experience. Experience supporting high-volume onboarding, vendor credentialing, field operations, or other operational support functions in a large corporate environment preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with changing priorities, while maintaining timely follow-through, accuracy, and quality. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills to track readiness items, detect gaps or discrepancies quickly, and support timely resolution. Ability to work independently and collaboratively to support team coverage, knowledge sharing, and consistent service delivery. Willingness to support additional projects, responsibilities, and occasional overtime as business needs require. Ability to handle confidential materials and information ethically, professionally, and with appropriate discretion. That's a mix of qualifications and skills. We could split: Requirements = education and experience (Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred. 3–5 years of corporate program administration...). Skills = the rest (organizational, analytical, problem-solving, attention to detail, tech comfort, communication, proficiency with MS Office, ability to work independently/collaboratively, willingness for overtime, handling confidential). Key Competencies list: Customer Focus, Business Awareness, Drive for Results, Continuous Improvement Mindset, Teamwork / Collaboration. Those could be under Skills as well, but we already have Skills. Maybe we put Key Competencies under Skills. Thus: - Requirements: education and experience bullet list. - Skills: include strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving skills; high attention to detail and sound judgment; comfortable learning and using technology, automation, AI-enabled tools; strong interpersonal, written, verbal communication skills; proficient with MS Office etc.; ability to work independently and collaboratively; willingness to support additional projects, responsibilities, occasional overtime; ability to handle confidential materials; plus Key Competencies: Customer Focus, Business Awareness, Drive for Results, Continuous Improvement Mindset, Teamwork / Collaboration.
