About the role
X-LAB is seeking a highly organized, execution-focused Sales Operations Manager to build and scale the operational backbone of our U.S. dealer network. This role will work cross-functionally with sales, customer support, logistics, marketing, and e-commerce teams to improve dealer experience, sales efficiency, and operational consistency.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain CRM systems, ensuring dealer information, pipeline status, and sales activities remain accurate and up to date.
- Build clear documentation and standardized sales processes, while driving CRM and data-entry compliance across territory sales teams.
- Establish and optimize operational workflows across dealer onboarding, ordering and fulfillment, “Online Order, Local Pickup” programs, dealer ecommerce/POS integrations, and dealer resource center management.
- Provide daily operational support to the field sales team, including dealer orders and inquiries, demo/sample bike coordination, technical issue coordination, travel management, and other sales support needs.
- Build and maintain sales performance dashboards with timely and accurate tracking on sales activity, dealer growth, and team performance metrics.
- Support dealer events and activations by coordinating POP materials, demo bikes, employee purchase requests, and other operational and logistical needs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a sales operations or business operations role
- B2B sales operations experience (SaaS, AdTech, InsureTech, MaaS, etc)
- Demonstrated ability building CRM tools and reporting systems
- Familiarity with inside sales operations, purchasing workflows, and customer lifecycle management
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment

- Compensation Range: $100K - $130K
