Sales Operations Manager

About the role

Velaz Roofing is seeking a Roofing Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team of door-to-door roofing sales reps. Your leadership will directly shape the success of your team and drive our continued expansion across the region.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of D2D roofing sales reps
• Develop and implement strategies to exceed weekly and monthly sales goals
• Provide ongoing coaching to improve closing ratios and overall sales performance
• Ensure team compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations
• Foster a positive, competitive, and growth-focused team culture
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including lead generation, appointments, and sales conversions
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to streamline the sales process and maximize results

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in solar door-to-door (D2D) sales
• Proven experience in sales management, team leadership, or a similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
