Sales Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and pipeline visibility
- Manage pipeline tracking, forecasting and reporting
- Prepare and manage quotes, proposals and pricing structures
- Ensure accuracy in configurations, BOMs and margin compliance
- Maintain quote and purchase order documentation, including version control
- Cook up and manage relationships with production, operations and finance teams
- Coordinate purchase orders across production, operations and finance teams
- Align delivery timelines with production capacity and product availability
- Manage warranty and software license renewals and identify upsell opportunities
- Improve processes, workflows and reporting structures across sales operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or a related field
- 5–10 years of experience in sales operations, commercial operations or similar roles
- Experience working with defense products (not services) and familiarity with the U.S. defense market
- Background supporting DoD or government-related sales processes
- Strong experience with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred) and Excel
- Experience with pricing, BOMs and purchase order management
- Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
- Ability to coordinate across multiple functions in a fast-paced environment
- Eligible for U.S. security clearance
- Experience within C-UAS, RF, electronic warfare, or similar defense technologies is preferred
