Sales Operations Manager

Sales & Rental Operations

Oversee end-to-end sales and rental operational processes, from quote through invoicing.

Ensure timely and accurate billing for sales transactions and rental agreements.

Partner with Sales and Rental teams to improve order flow and reduce delays.

Invoicing & Financial Coordination

Drive consistency in billing practices across systems (e.g., ERP, rental platforms) to improve billing efficiency.

Collaborate with Finance to ensure alignment on terms, billing cycles, and compliance requirements.

Identify and resolve invoicing discrepancies, including rental damage, credits, and adjustments.

Merchandising & Deal Governance

Partner with Sales leadership on pricing, margin management, and merchandising strategies.

Support deal audit processes to ensure accuracy of agreements, attachments, programs, and billing elements as well as national account and customer-specific requirements.

Cross-Functional Leadership

Act as the liaison between Sales, Rental, Finance, and Operations teams.

Provide guidance and training on processes and best practices.

Support change management efforts tied to new processes, policies, or systems.
