Responsibilities
- Serve as the trusted Operations partner to senior leadership to drive performance
- Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, and IT to boost sales effectiveness
- Lead core sales operating rhythms such as forecasting and QBRs
- Support annual planning like territory design and quota setting
- Deliver insights and reporting to inform decision-making in sales leadership
- Manage organizational changes for accurate sales execution and reporting
- Identify automation opportunities to streamline sales workflows
Qualifications
- 6+ years in Operations or Revenue Operations within high-growth software targeting the federal market
- Strong experience with Salesforce CRM and understanding of revenue technology
- Expertise in sales processes, forecasting, and performance management
- Excellent analytical skills for performance analysis and business modeling
- Experienced in cross-functional collaboration with teams like Finance and Marketing
- Proficient in using AI tools to enhance operational efficiency
Pay
$128,000 – $160,000 annually
