Responsibilities
- Drive membership sales conversion of 25%
- Build and lead a high-performing front desk sales and therapist team
- Owning KPIs, labor efficiency, and guest experience
- Scale a membership-based business with discipline and precision
Requirements
- 1–5 years of sales leadership experience
- Proven success in sales-driven, KPI-based environments
- Strong coaching and people leadership skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Self-starter with ambition to grow personally and professionally
