Sales Operations Manager - Americas
About the role
The Americas Sales Operations Manager serves as a critical business partner to the regional Retention leadership team, ensuring the business is run predictably and proactively. This role involves leading process improvement initiatives and adopting new technologies to provide sales leaders with complete insight into their business.
Responsibilities
Own the weekly, monthly, and quarterly retention forecast rhythm, including RBOB visibility by Quarter, Geo, Region, Sales team members, attrition risk, out-of-cycle, early renewals, true-ups, and upgrades.
Manage lead attrition and renewal calls, providing clear perspectives on key movements, outlook, and plan risks, and mitigation paths.
Deliver post-cadence leader-ready follow-ups within defined SLAs, managing both current quarter forecasts and CQ+5 bottoms-up attrition risk.
Own regional account-level mitigation plans and inspect regional growth metrics to proactively identify areas for improvement and synthesize customer narratives.
Own retention data integrity and system stewardship, ensuring RBOB validation, account and opportunity ID accuracy, product migrations, and SKU changes.
Partner with Retention Ops, Finance, and Data Ops to validate weekly automated outputs, provide vetted inputs, flag systemic data issues, and define requirements for scalable solutions.
Requirements
