About the role
Greenlink Energy Solutions is a commercial-first clean energy company helping businesses and communities reduce energy costs and improve sustainability through solar energy, battery storage, HVAC modernization, and energy optimization solutions. We're looking for a highly organized and adaptable Sales Operations Coordinator to support our sales team and assist with grant-funded programs such as Illinois Solar for All (ILSFA).
Responsibilities
- Sales Operations Support
- Assist with CRM management, reporting, and sales data accuracy.
- Support sales team activities, onboarding, and process improvements.
- Maintain sales tools, templates, and customer-facing materials.
- Prepare reports and materials for pipeline and performance reviews.
- Help coordinate internal sales initiatives and team communications.
- Grant Program Support
- Aid in ILSFA and other grant-funded initiatives.
- Support eligibility screening, document collection, and application processing.
- Cook up with internal teams to keep projects moving forward.
- Track project milestones, timelines, and program requirements.
- Aid in grant-related communications, reporting, and documentation.
- Support community outreach events, trainings, and educational initiatives as needed.
Requirements
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting responsibilities.
- Strong administrative and project coordination abilities.
- Comfortable learning new software and technology platforms.
- Experience with CRM systems, data management, or administrative support is preferred.
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to support multiple teams.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of clean energy industry concepts and practices.

Pay
$55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
