We are looking for a talented and inquisitive Sales Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day sales operations and process execution for our NAM & LATAM regions. Based in Boston, this role focuses on supporting deal flow, maintaining data accuracy, and assisting with operational and enablement projects. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide operational support for sales opportunities, assisting with deal processes and escalating complex scenarios and issues as needed.
  • Follow established sales operations processes, identify gaps and issues, and document them in JIRA for review.
  • Provide Sales Operations support for the NAM and LATAM sales regions, collaborating with Account Managers and Sales Leadership.
  • Assist with user acceptance testing for new system functionality and document feedback or issues before rollout.
  • Help maintain and contribute to the creation of process documentation and enablement resources.
  • Support booking accuracy and data hygiene by following defined processes.

Success Milestones

  • After 6 months: You reliably support day-to-day sales operations within your region, understand core sales processes, and help maintain accurate opportunity and booking data by efficiently managing deals through the sales process to closure.
  • After 12 months: You confidently support the Sales groups in your region across a range of deal scenarios with varying complexity. You contribute to operational or enablement projects, identify process issues, document them, and develop a process improvement mindset while collaborating with the team and other departments.

Requirements

  • Salesforce Experience: Working knowledge and experience using Salesforce, preferably CPQ. Ability to navigate opportunities, quotes, and reports.
  • Systems Aptitude: Ability to learn systems and new processes quickly and assist others in understanding standard processes and best practices.
  • Independent Work: Ability and comfort working independently on assigned tasks and escalating when necessary.
  • Operational Support: Ability to follow established processes and manage routine operational tasks while escalating issues as needed.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to build consistent, trusted working relationships with the sales teams you support and represent their day-to-day needs to the wider team.
  • Communication Skills: Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document issues effectively.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and requests in a fast-paced environment.
  • Spanish Language Proficiency: Ability to converse in Spanish is required to effectively partner with our LATAM sales teams.

Pay

The target total compensation range for this position is $43,575 - $87,150 per year. This range includes base salary and a target incentive plan (which may include equity, commission, or other bonus structures). Your specific compensation within this range will be determined by factors such as geographic location, relevant experience, and job-related skills.
