SOW Support

Work with sales and delivery to build and turn around accurate SOWs so deals don't stall on paperwork.

Deal & Lead Flow

Drive opportunities through the pipeline from first touch to close — managing lead routing, handoffs, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Deal Desk / Pricing & CPQ (Future)

Help manage pricing and discount approvals, support the deal desk, and assist with contract and CPQ work so quotes go out accurately and on time. [ASSUMED: this becomes active once CPQ is in place — noted as future scope]
