We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Sales Operations Associate to support a growing sales organization by driving operational excellence throughout the sales cycle. This individual will serve as a key partner to sales leadership, ensuring opportunities remain on track through effective coordination, follow-up, reporting, proposal support, and process management. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with data and documentation, and excels at coordinating across multiple teams to keep sales initiatives moving forward. Responsibilities
Sales Operations Support
- Coordinate and manage follow-up activities to ensure sales opportunities continue progressing.
- Track action items, deliverables, deadlines, and next steps across multiple active initiatives.
- Maintain organized documentation for active opportunities and customer engagements.
- Support sales meetings by preparing opportunity summaries, leadership updates, and briefing materials.
- Provide visibility into sales pipeline activity and opportunity status.
- Partner with Sales, Operations, Product, Technical, and Executive Leadership teams to gather information and ensure timely execution of priorities.
- Identify and help resolve process bottlenecks impacting sales execution.
- Support administrative and operational activities that improve overall sales effectiveness.
Proposal & RFP Coordination
- Assist with RFPs, RFIs, proposals, client questionnaires, and other sales documentation.
- Coordinate information gathering from internal stakeholders and subject matter experts.
- Track proposal milestones, deadlines, and submission requirements.
- Maintain proposal templates, reusable content libraries, and supporting documentation.
- Review proposal materials for accuracy, completeness, formatting, and consistency.
- Prepare final proposal packages for executive review and submission.
- Recommend improvements to proposal processes and documentation.
Reporting & Data Management
- Maintain accurate sales, opportunity, account, and pipeline information within CRM systems and reporting tools.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, trackers, and status summaries.
- Monitor opportunity progress and identify missing information or outstanding actions.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across sales systems.
- Support leadership with timely reporting and operational insights.
- Recommend improvements to reporting processes and sales tracking methodologies.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Required experience supporting Sales Operations, Business Operations, Proposal Management, Account Management, or a related function.
- Experience coordinating multiple priorities, deadlines, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience supporting RFPs, RFIs, proposals, or complex customer documentation.
- Strong proficiency with CRM platforms, Microsoft Excel, reporting tools, and data management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating across multiple teams.
- Proven ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced business environment.
