Sales Operations Analyst
Your Role at a Glance
The Sales Operations Analyst, Systems & Reporting serves as the critical link between the direct sales organization and Digital Systems (IT/Power BI/Salesforce administration) teams. This role translates business needs into actionable system solutions, delivers insights through reporting, applies AI tools to improve analysis and workflow efficiency, and handles day-to-day Salesforce and other data requests. This role reduces the sales department’s reliance on Digital Systems and enables them to focus on strategic initiatives.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred. Equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience will be considered.
- 3–5+ years of Sales Operations, CRM Administration, Business Systems, Reporting, or related experience.
- Advanced Salesforce reporting and dashboard experience.
- Power BI dashboard development and data visualization experience.
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into system enhancements.
- Practical experience using AI tools to improve reporting, analysis, workflow automation, documentation, or business process efficiency.
- A strong understanding of sales processes, forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM best practices.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both business users and technical teams.
Preferred Skills
- Salesforce certifications such as: Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Business Analyst.
- Experience with Power BI data modeling and DAX.
- Experience using Claude or similar AI tools to support business analysis, reporting, process improvement, or documentation.
- Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite.
- Experience supporting global sales organizations.
