What You’ll Do
- Develop and analyze data to identify business opportunities
- Help sales leaders monitor and measure employee activity and performance
- Work closely with executive management to achieve outcomes based on company goals
- Ensure sales enablement systems are functioning properly and are being utilized by the sales team
- Recommend and update policies and procedures to improve performance
- Enhance workflow and cross-departmental engagements
- Collaborate with the sales and engineering team to improve cost-effectiveness across all platforms
- Create monthly reports to management on key findings and assessments
- Keep updated on industry and market trends
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years as an analyst or sales enablement specialist
- Minimum 2 years of B2B outbound sales or customer facing experience
- Good interpersonal skills to work with different management levels
- Strong business acumen
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail
- Pioneering analytical skills
- General technology, CRM (Salesforce preferred), and email proficiency
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Able to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time within a fast-paced environment
- Able to work in a remote environment and travel to office or Company events when needed
- Able to sit in front of a computer for many hours a day
