Overview
Support Quote-to-Cash operations by managing sales and order processes, maintaining system data, and coordinating activities across Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations. This role supports SAP and Salesforce-related processes to improve operational efficiency and business performance.
Responsibilities
- Manage Quote-to-Cash activities, including quote processing, order management, billing support, return merchandise authorizations (RMAs), and order tracking.
- Maintain and update customer, product, pricing, and order data within business systems to support operational accuracy and reporting.
- Support SAP and Salesforce processes, including data maintenance, troubleshooting, reporting, and user support activities.
- Analyze operational data and performance metrics using Excel and reporting tools to identify trends, monitor backlog, and support process improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to facilitate approvals, documentation, order fulfillment, and other business-critical workflows.
Requirements
- Experience supporting Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes, including quoting, order management, fulfillment, billing, or related sales operations activities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including data analysis functions such as PivotTables, formulas, and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
- Experience working with enterprise business systems; SAP SD/MM and Salesforce experience preferred.
- Knowledge of data management, reporting, data quality, and system support processes within a sales or operations environment.
- Associate degree, bachelor's degree, some college coursework, or equivalent relevant professional experience preferred.
Pay
$45-50/hour, depending on qualifications
