Sales Merchandiser, Manhattan/Queens

About the role

The Opportunity: Hint Water is seeking a Sales Merchandiser to support the brand's expansion in the enhanced water category within the greater Manhattan & Queens market. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a growing brand in a health-focused industry.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with a dedicated Regional Sales Manager and Distributor partners to ensure consistent ordering, product availability, and shelf presentation.
• Develop and maintain key retail store accounts, identify growth opportunities, and foster customer relationships.
• Ensure proper pricing and product display, and assist in building and maintaining point-of-sale displays.
• Introduce new flavor options and additional SKUs to local account managers and participate in customer demos and events.
• Plan and manage daily routes, communicate with District Managers for promotional activities, and track progress using CRM tools.
• Travel as needed to support adjacent territories.

Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Experience in the CPG industry, Hospitality/Restaurant industry, or Retail Industry preferred.
• Experience pushing and pulling up to 100 lbs of product on a cart.
• Experience with Sales KPIs and goal achievement.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Independent and reliable with a service-oriented mindset.
• Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strives to lead an active and healthy lifestyle and wants to help customers do the same.
• A clean driving record is mandatory.
