Pepsi MidAmerica is looking for motivated, dependable individuals to help bring our iconic beverages to life on store shelves every day. As a Merchandiser, you’ll represent the Pepsi brand in local retail stores by building displays, stocking products, and ensuring our beverages look their best. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role perfect for someone who enjoys variety and working independently while being part of a supportive local team.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and promote Pepsi products at local retail locations
• Build, stock, and maintain attractive product displays
• Keep shelves and backroom inventory organized, fully stocked, and cleaned
• Provide friendly, professional customer service
• Build strong relationships with store managers and store teams

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Availability to work 40 hours per week with weekend availability
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Ability to maintain a clean-shaven appearance
