About the Role

Join the Pepsi MidAmerica Team as a Weekend Merchandiser in various locations across Missouri, including Houston, Licking, Roby, Birch Tree, Eminence, Summersville, Cabool, Willow Springs, Mt View, and Winona. This role offers a pay rate of $18.00 per hour and is perfect for motivated individuals who take pride in their work, enjoy staying active, and want to make a visible impact in their community.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and promote Pepsi products at local retail locations
• Build, stock, and maintain attractive product displays
• Keep shelves and backroom inventory organized, fully stocked, and cleaned
• Provide friendly, professional customer service
• Build strong relationships with store managers and store teams

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Availability to work 40 hours per week, including weekends
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Ability to maintain a clean-shaven appearance
