About the role

Join the Pepsi MidAmerica team as a Weekend Merchandiser and represent our iconic beverages in local retail stores. This hands-on, fast-paced role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, working independently, and making a visible impact in their community.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and promote Pepsi products at local retail locations
• Build, stock, and maintain attractive product displays
• Keep shelves and backroom inventory organized, fully stocked, and cleaned
• Provide friendly, professional customer service
• Build strong relationships with store managers and store teams

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Availability to work 40 hours per week with weekend availability
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Ability to maintain a clean-shaven appearance
