Jan Rooney State Farm is hiring a full-time Sales & Marketing Representative in Canton, GA to join a supportive, professional sales team. We invest in our team’s success through training, ongoing development, and a work environment built around growth and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain customer relationships through consultative conversations about coverage needs
• Meet weekly and monthly outreach and production goals
• Participate in product training and licensing coursework
• Set appointments and move prospects through the sales process
• Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline records in the agency system

Qualifications

• No prior sales experience required – we will train you
• Willingness to obtain required insurance licenses
• Team-oriented with a positive, coachable attitude
• Strong phone presence and clear, confident communication
• Self-motivated and comfortable with consistent outreach and follow-up

Pay

Pay range: $40,000-$60,000 per year. This includes base salary, commissions, and bonuses. Your earning potential grows with your sales performance – top performers exceed this range.
