Your goal is to grow awareness, build relationships, and inspire people to experience the benefits of infrared sauna and red light therapy. Responsibilities Represent Perspire at local events, wellness fairs, and community gatheringsVisit nearby businesses to establish partnerships and promote membership programsManage event setups, distribute promotional materials, and collect leadsEngage potential members in conversation and confidently explain our offeringsMaintain a pristine studio environmentSell memberships with confidenceReaching out to leads using our CRM with high-energyPromote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio MembershipSet reservations and book follow-up appointmentsAccommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcomeAdminister studio tours for new guestsAnswer all questions about services and the facilityClean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna roomsMaintain and organize the facility’s towel supply areaUphold the Perspire Core Values, and take it to the next level with the Perspire Brookfield Core Values:Track and report outreach activity weekly What We’re Looking For Outgoing and approachable personality with excellent communication skillsGenuine passion for wellness, fitness, or healthy living Reliable self-starter who’s organized, proactive, and enthusiasticComfortable speaking to individuals and groups in personAvailable for some weekends or evenings (for special events)Reliable transportation required
