Sales/Marketing Events & Outreach Coordinator

About the role

The Sales Outreach & Events Coordinator partners with the Sales Manager and the Executive Director to improve occupancy at the community. The Sales Coordinator/Outreach will help the Sales Manager to ensure customer’s satisfaction by answering all the daily inquiries/questions of the residents and the families. As well assist with the timely administration of sales and marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

• Help to maintain and/or improve community occupancy level and revenue production in accordance with business and marketing plans including Marketing events.
• Utilizes the sales processes, systems and forms for sales to perform job duties, track information, compile data and reports and achieve desired community occupancy goals.
• Provides administrative support to the sales team.
• Coordinates and completes all activities needed for the sale and converts deposits to move-ins.
• Also plans and executes Marketing events.
