About the role
Supports sales, marketing, customer service, CRM management, and administrative operations.
Primary Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and inquiries from prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads via phone, email, and text.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain and update CRM records accurately.
- Track lead activity and ensure timely follow-up.
- Aid in proposal, quote, contract, and client onboarding processes.
- Collaborate with website developers, marketing vendors, Google Ads support, and technical support teams.
- Monitor online lead generation efforts and marketing campaigns.
- Assist with administrative projects and daily office operations.
- Provide excellent customer service and professional communication.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of customer service, administrative, sales support, or appointment-setting experience.
- Experience with CRM software preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
