About the role

Supports sales, marketing, customer service, CRM management, and administrative operations.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and inquiries from prospective clients.
  • Follow up with leads via phone, email, and text.
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintain and update CRM records accurately.
  • Track lead activity and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Aid in proposal, quote, contract, and client onboarding processes.
  • Collaborate with website developers, marketing vendors, Google Ads support, and technical support teams.
  • Monitor online lead generation efforts and marketing campaigns.
  • Assist with administrative projects and daily office operations.
  • Provide excellent customer service and professional communication.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of customer service, administrative, sales support, or appointment-setting experience.
  • Experience with CRM software preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
