Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Process orders and manage inventory levels
  • Update customer records and maintain accurate data
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sales or customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
