Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Account Managers across assigned branches and territories
- Drive team performance to meet and exceed revenue and gross margin targets
- Conduct regular ride-alongs and structured coaching sessions to reinforce consultative selling and accountability
- Develop and execute territory strategy to support both net-new business growth and account expansion
- Maintain full visibility into pipeline activity, enforce CRM discipline, and deliver accurate forecasting
- Support pricing strategy and margin alignment within established company guidelines
- Partner cross-functionally with service, operations, and executive leadership to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term customer satisfaction
- Address escalations and remove obstacles that impact team productivity
- Build a culture of urgency, ownership, collaboration, and performance
- Stay current on industry trends, competitive positioning, and evolving customer needs
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven B2B sales experience, ideally within office technology, managed print, IT services, or related industries
- 2+ years of sales leadership experience with direct responsibility for team revenue and gross profit performance
- Demonstrated success developing sales professionals at varying experience levels
- A consistent track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and profitability targets
- Experience managing structured KPIs including pipeline, forecasting, and activity accountability
- CRM experience and strong operational discipline
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong leadership presence, decision-making ability, and accountability
- Ability to travel within assigned territories for client meetings and field coaching
