About the Program
Safe Haven Security is seeking experienced sales professionals ready to move beyond individual sales and step into management. Our 6–9-month Manager Academy Program provides hands-on management training, high earning potential, and a guaranteed promotion upon successfully graduating the program.
Requirements
- Proven track record in Direct In–Home Sales
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a performance-driven environment
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation
- Willingness to relocate upon graduation
Compensation
- $12,000 plus monthly earning potential
- Base salary plus uncapped commissions
- Monthly performance bonuses
