Sales Manager Trainee - Base Salary + Full Benefits
About the role
Safe Haven Security is seeking experienced sales professionals who are ready to move beyond individual sales and step into management. Our 6–9-month Manager Academy Program provides hands-on management training, high earning potential, and a guaranteed promotion upon successfully graduating the program.
Compensation
- $12,000 plus monthly earning potential
- Base salary plus uncapped commissions
- Monthly performance bonuses

Requirements
- Motivated sales professionals with a proven track record in Direct In–Home Sales
- Strong communication skills
- The ability to thrive in a performance-driven environment
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- A valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation
- Willingness to relocate upon graduation
