Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of Account Executives
- Drive pipeline conversion and increase deal velocity
- Build repeatable sales playbooks leveraging product-led growth
- Coach reps on effective discovery, demo efficiency, and closing
- Ensure accuracy of sales forecasts in a high-activity environment
- Collaborate with various departments to enhance lead quality and conversion rates
- Implement scalable systems to support team performance
Qualifications
- 2-4 years experience managing an SMB sales team with 7+ AEs
- Proven record of overseeing $10K-$50K ARR deal closures within 30-60 day sales cycles
- Experience in high-volume, fast-paced sales environments, preferably PLG or inbound-led
- Strong expertise in pipeline management and forecasting
- Coaching focus on efficiency and consistency across deals
- Ability to develop early-career sellers into high performers
- Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally to enhance lead flow and funnel efficiency
