About the role
Lead market growth across iconic destinations hotel rentals at Vacatia's three resorts in Las Vegas: The Grandview, The Berkley, and the Cliffs at Peace Canyon.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new corporate, association, leisure, and group business opportunities across the Las Vegas market.
- Manage group inquiries, proposals, contracts, room blocks, and site visits from initial lead through execution.
- Analyze competitive landscape and market trends to inform pricing, positioning, and commercial strategy.
- Partner cross-functionally with Revenue, Marketing, Distribution, and resort leaders to ensure alignment, accuracy, and seamless delivery.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hospitality sales experience across corporate, association leisure, and group segments.
- 4+ years of experience in hotel sales, resort sales, group sales, or tourism industry sales.
- Proven success in outbound sales, account management, and closing revenue-generating opportunities.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills with clients, partners, and community stakeholders.
- Experience using CRM systems (Delphi), reporting dashboards, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of Las Vegas travel markets strongly preferred, with the ability to travel regularly between them.
