We’re looking for a bold, motivated In-Home Sales Manager to lead our growing Baltimore team. This is your chance to build something big.
Responsibilities
- Review schedule of appointments set by Inside Sales and adjust accordingly within the sales team
- Review disposition results daily and coach the team to assist them with their upcoming appointments
- Prepare and lead weekly sales meetings
- Drive team results by setting goals, tracking progress, and celebrating wins
- Effectively utilize In-Home Sales Team Leads to ensure In-Home Sales Representatives receive frequent and effective coaching and feedback
Qualifications
- Natural ability to connect with people and build trust fast
- Competitive, goal-crushing mindset
- Proven experience in in-home sales (bonus if you’ve led a team before)
- A valid driver’s license and a clean record
