About the role
Sales Manager for Pyro & Grinding
Join Fuller Technologies and play a key role in driving the commercial success of our Pyro & Grinding business as we prepare for a standalone Cement organization following the divestment.
In line with the GREEN’26 Cement strategy, Fuller is building a dedicated Cement entity designed to accelerate green-tech solutions and deliver stronger value to the global cement market.
Responsibilities
- Lead sales of Pyro & Grinding products and solutions to customers.
- Act as the primary customer contact, building long-term partnerships and trust.
- Develop and deliver competitive proposals with clear value propositions.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts, aligning commercial and technical terms with customer requirements.
- Conduct customer site visits, particularly during final negotiations.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including project managers and engineering teams.
- Maintain accurate data and forecasts in CRM systems, ensuring clear pipeline visibility.
- Contribute to sales strategies that support profitable growth and customer success.
Requirements
- A strong grasp of both technical and commercial concepts.
- Proven experience in contract negotiation and sales of technical solutions.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
- An analytical mindset with KPI and ROI tracking capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the cement or heavy industrial sectors is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
